NEVA is a prestigious national initiative dedicated to recognizing and rewarding Nigerians who exemplify integrity, patriotism, transparency, and accountability in public and private life. The award promotes ethical consciousness and drives societal transformation through the celebration of good conduct.  We seeks to reinforce a renewed sense of patriotism, unity, and active citizenship. It calls on every individual, institution, and community to commit to a lifelong pursuit of integrity, service, and national development through a shared moral compass.

Award Categories

Public Sector Ethics Award

This award honors individuals or institutions within the public sector who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, transparency, and responsible governance in the discharge of their duties.

Private Sector Accountability Award

This category recognizes corporate organizations and private sector leaders who maintain high ethical standards, compliance, social responsibility, and fairness in business operations and dealings.

Youth Integrity Award

This award celebrates young individuals (ages 15–35) who demonstrate courage, integrity, honesty, and a strong moral compass in their academic, professional, or community life.

Community Development & Values Award

This award celebrates grassroots champions, organizations, or traditional leaders who have contributed significantly to ethical transformation and values-driven community development.

Leadership & Transparency in Governance Award

This award honors elected officials or government appointees who lead with integrity, openness, and accountability, delivering people-centered governance and ethical reforms.

Ethical Media Practice Award

This category honors journalists, media houses, and content creators who have consistently upheld the principles of truth, fairness, impartiality, and accountability in their media work.

Gender & Inclusion Advocacy Award

Recognizes individuals, NGOs, or institutions that have actively promoted gender equity, inclusion of marginalized groups, and fairness in policy, programs, or advocacy.

Education & Ethics Promotion Award

This category is for teachers, schools, education boards, or institutions promoting ethics, moral education, and integrity within the academic system.
